WHEN DOES REGISTRATION CLOSE?
Registration for the Foundations program closes Wednesday, January 28 at 11:59 PM PST.Applications for the Elite program close earlier on Monday, January 26 at 11:59 PM PST to allow time for personalized programming.WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?
The program starts Monday, February 2, however, there will be a kickoff call on Sunday, February 1 @ 9 AM PST!WHEN WILL I GET ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM?

Program access runs from Jan 30 to April 26. We recommend only joining if you plan to start within the first few weeks so you can get the full experience. If you’re unsure, email us at [email protected] before registering.DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
Short answer, yes. For best results, you’ll need access to a gym or a well-equipped home gym. If you train at home and don’t have all the equipment, join the Elite program so that your coach can customize your workouts to what you have access to.WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED FOR THE FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM?
You’ll need access to basic gym equipment to follow the Foundations program properly. This includes, an adjustable bench, dumbbells, barbell, plates, cable machine, pull-up bar, booty bands, ankle cuffs, leg press, rear delt fly machine, abduction and adduction machine.WHAT IF I CAN'T WORKOUT ON A SCHEDULED DAY?
No problem! You will be able to adjust the weekly schedule to fit your personal schedule.ARE THE WORKOUTS BEGINNER-FRIENDLY?
Yes! All exercises also include video demonstrations to help you follow along with proper form and technique.HOW MANY WORKOUTS PER WEEK?
2 Lower Body, 2 Upper Body, and 1 optional Full Body day.WILL I BE DOING THE SAME WORKOUTS FOR 12 WEEKS?
No, you will get a new training phase after Week 6!WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
The nutrition plan included in the Foundations program is not fully plant-based. If you have specific dietary restrictions or preferences, we recommend making substitutions to align with your nutritional needs or applying for the Elite program.ARE THERE DAIRY-FREE AND GLUTEN-FREE MEAL OPTIONS?
Yes! We’re mindful that many people have food intolerances, so we’ve included meal options that are both dairy-free and gluten-free.WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FOUNDATIONS AND ELITE PROGRAM?
Foundations is the base program without personalized coaching. Elite includes everything in Foundations, plus a customized workout plan, a customized nutrition plan, bi-weekly check-ins and 1-to-1 support from your coach.WHY DO I HAVE TO APPLY FOR THE ELITE PROGRAM?
To ensure we can properly support your goals and that the fit is right for our 1-to-1 coaching program.CAN I DRINK ALCOHOL DURING THE PROGRAM?
We encourage you to keep alcohol to a minimum for best results.WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM AFTER THE 12 WEEKS?
Once the progarm ends, app access will be turned off. We recommend saving the workouts during your time in the program if you want to reference them later.WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
